- Answer You can go to My Devices on your Amazon account and for an additional fee remove the special offers ads. It's not too intrusive as it's only on the devices lock screen, not while you're logged in to the tablet. Whether paying the the fee is worth it? I'd say try it with the offers in tact for a week or two and see.
