• A:Answer Hi there, You Tube is available via app or web browser, as long as you give access in the parent portal. Amazon Kids is a service that is free for the first year, and it gives access to thousands of kid friendly contents, like books, music, audio books and apps. The parental controls are controlled through the parent dashboard, which is separate and there is no cost associated. Hope that info helps.
