• This model doesn't have 3G/4G services. Your going want to look in to the other models like the Kindle HDX that have cellular plans. To my knowledge this product meant to be a starter low end model but has decent spec for the normal user.

• No. You must use wifi. You cannot stream from the Fire HD to the roku.
