Yes there is an Overdrive app available in the Amazon app store that you can download. After the download then you can add your library and you can browse books there. It will require your username/library ID and password to borrow books. When you borrow the books then you can read them through the app or choose to download to your kindle which then takes you to the Amazon page. Just make sure you choose the right device if you use more than one.
