• Unfortunately no. The app you can download will control a fire TV media stick/box. There is a Harmony remote system that can control many systems. But it's a bit expensive.

• I'm not sure about that, but best buy does sell wireless keyboards to use with smart TV's. Theres a logitech one in the computer department.

• U can use the smart remote to control your t.v and cable box
