Are you able to download YouTube kids? null

Hi Audra! While YouTube Kids is not available on the Amazon App Store, you can access all of the great YouTube Kids content via the browser. Additionally, the Fire HD 8 Kids tablet comes with a free year of Amazon Kids+ which features a massive selection of curated Kids content, which you can filter by age range via the Parent Dashboard. With parental control there isn’t much you can’t do

No you can not. I ended up returning the device. You can go through the web to get on YouTube kids but you cannot download the actual app. It was such an inconvenience.
