“I purchased this tablet back in January 2019 at Best Buy they ordered it online had it shipped and not a month later the screen blacked. It not cracked. You can hear when it comes on but screen will not. Any resolution it before I purchase a new one?”

My 2 year accidentally blackout his screen. It was a matter of finding the settings button and bringing the screen back up.
