Yes it will stream those, plus Hulu and a whole bunch of others

Yes it will stream both and the quality is just as good as Roku however the Netflix version on Amazon TV/Firestick will not show the actually video quality in the status during play. I am always checking to make sure Netflix is streaming the show at 720p or 1080p as it can change during play and that was a little disappointing when I discovered I couldn't on Amazon TV/Firestick
