Nothing really just a better picture for 4K tvs

TV allows you add a memory and load more programs for everyone in the household to enjoy, including games. TV also has (2) more GB built in. TV has a USB Port to plug in and share photos and videos from events, trips, etc.

You can hard wire a box, attach a mouse, or an sd card or an external hard drive. Also, has a slot for a special audio coed. Stick has none of that but that won't affect 95% of consumers. Both now have quad core processors wich is the most important factor. That's what used to separate the 1st generation boxes from the sticks. Not anymore. Very similar streaming devices now. Box a hair faster but I doubt most can tell the difference side by side.
