Yes you can with some mixed results. I have an wireless Xbox 360 controller meant for the PC. I just plug in the USB wireless adapter into the USB port and it just works. Most games that use the FireTV controller work just fine with the Xbox 360 controller. I have found a few games that do not work well but it might not be the Xbox 360 controller. It might just be that the game is not really designed for a controller in the first place.
