• Both the Fire TV and Stick now have Quad Core processors and 8GB of Memory, and the Fire Stick can be ordered with the Voice Control remote just like the FireTV has. So you're right, whats the difference? Well, a few differences is that the FireTV has 2 GB of RAM over the Sticks 1GB, which means that it has more free memory to multitask. The additional RAM actually helps when streaming video as it will take less frequent breaks to load content throughout the stream.

• fire tv is a quadcore when the firestick is a dualcore

• The fire stick works off wifi only but the fire tv has the option to get plugged into the modem with an Ethernet cord so you can get a hard line and not have to worry about buffering. Fire tv also works off wifi
