“Yes , is there a device I can purchase that I can get TV service without paying a monthly bill ? My situation is for my ex wife and grandson who needs TV in their apartment , she does have internet with a weak signal . What do you guys recommend ?”

Buy a Digital HD antenna at best buy and get all your local channels for free. Other devices like a firestick will get you some free tv movies (aps)but all depends on internet speed.
