“Can I use a Sony bluetooth headphone (Wh-CH700N) with my Samsung TV (UN55RU7100FXZA) and set the volume higher on the bluetooth headset than the TV? Any problems with lip sync? If this is not compatible what other wireless headsets can you recommend.”

I cannot speak to the lip sync piece but connecting and controlling volume should not be an issue
