• As long at the tv has an HDMI input slot, yes. And someone will have to setup an account for it to connect. It’s free.

As long as the TV you are using has an open HDMI port available and a power outlet for the Fire Stick to be plugged in to then yes you can use this with an older LCD TV. A resident can use this as long as they have an Amazon account or if the person setting it up sets up a free Amazon account to log in to during the set up then it can be used by anyone.
