“Does the Fire Stick 4k allow you to download “other” Apps that’s not in the Vizio App Store to the TV? Like another streaming service? Right now I’m getting a message for your security your TV is not allowed to install unknown apps from this source.”

Yes you can but you first need to to activate developer mode on your firestick. Then install the app downloader so you download any app you need.
