Hello Mars, As long as the Vizio TV has an HDMI Port the Fire Stick 4K Max will work. The 4K Max is designed to work on older TV's as well as new models as well. The one thing that I would check on before purchasing is if the Vizio is a 4K model or not. The 4K Max Stick will still display content, however if the TV is not capable of a 4K signal, it will only display to the highest resolution the TV can attain. As well as the 4K Max Fire Stick, we do also offer the Fire Stick HD which is made for TV's that do not have 4K resolution. I hope this helps!
