• Hi Samuel10, First, make sure your wifi credentials are correct and as well as your Amazon.com login information like username and password. To reset those head to Amazon.com. You can try the following: -Unplug your TV and plug it back in and then reconnect your Fire TV Stick -Unplug your router and plug it back in -Log out of your Amazon account on the device and log back in -Ensure the batteries provided were inserted correctly Hope this helps!
