You can use it in Europe but it doesn't come with multi adapters for the European plug. Also I would be very careful with using streaming devices in Europe. Especially if you're using third-party apps or IPTV services on the fire stick. It is totally illegal if you are streaming on third party apps like Cinema HD or IPTV service that gives you the free cable channels. All of Europe third party streaming apps are illegal and IPTV is even more illegal if you are caught streaming IPTV service anywhere in Europe. Maximum jail time is one year in jail they could give you if you are caught streaming an IPTV service anywhere in Europe. As far as third party movie apps APKs like Cinema HD BTV each movie that they find out that you watch and they could find out through your IP address each movie that they have on record that you have streamed is a $2,000 fine in Europe for using third-party movie apps. In the United States it's totally legal to use those apps the only time it's illegal in the United States as if you download anything to a hard drive or disk using those apps. There is no reason to download anything to a hard drive or disc because it's a streaming device you can watch the program multiple times over and over so that's not a concern in the United States be very careful in Europe you can Google but I just said about illegal streaming activity in Europe and you'll see multiple news articles on people being arrested for using a fire stick or any other streaming device with those apps be very careful
