I use it on my old Samsung that was not wi-fi ready since it was so old. Very happy with all 3 of my fire sticks.

The Fire TV Stick will plug into the HDMI port and into a power outlet. Once connected you will go through the on-screen setup process where you will connect it to WI-FI.
