• Hopefully, this has been resolved by now. I have been using the Firestick for several years now and I've found that newer users usually figure out what they did wrong fairly quick as this product is highly compatibable with very little maintenance. I have had this question in the past and one immediate fix was moving your router closer to the tv. Once connected it should never need to be reconnected unless the user chooses to.

• May be your power source. Try plugging usb for stick into the wall instead of tv...

• Check your Wi Fi router settings. Try using this unit with another TV in your house, or try hard wire connection to your router.

• It's has to do with ur internet connection! Maybe router is too weak cuz of distance from Firestick!

• How old is your router. How good is your wifi speed.how many devices are using your service?3 things that will definitely cause that.

• Not a fire stick issue, usually a router problem. Lots of low end routers out there

• Power off your wireless router and amazon fire tv stick, then power on your wireless router first, plug in amazon fire stick, check if you have latest firmware.

• Your WiFi signal is weak. Try moving your WiFi router away from anything and into the middle of your home. If that doesn't work then get a wifi range extender.
