• The fire stick connects by internet to your Amazon account. (You will need to sign up if you don't have an account) It offers access to movies, TV programs, music and more from the Amazon library. Some are free and some are one time purchase. Many have free trials to try. As a Amazon prime member, I get more benefits .It also has connections to many apps just like you have on your smartphone. I went to Best Buy and got a demo of the fire stick to understand what was available and if it was something I would be interested in. I chose to use this when I went cable free.

• You use it as a streaming Device like u can an xbox and ps3 ps4 and u can also download other apps into it. Look up info and u can figure it out. I have 2 of them and I can watch movies on kodi. An that gives u new and other movies to date and also older ones like scarface. This app is like hulu Netflix but with movies and TV shows
