• i think they automaticly update versions since connected to the web and they are a streaming device. only had mine for a year.

• Neither. You cant buy a fire stick or any device from best buy with Kodi on it. They do not sell them that way.

• If it is jarvis then it is 16.1 which is the latest version of kodi it will show you what version you have when you bring it up

• it does not come with KODI. I use an APP that you download and install in 10 min for $10. downloaded an APP @ Surfurworld.com
