Not the Restore all factory settings option the "Reset or restart feature", this usually clears the unit and reboots its processes. The stick is basically like a slower processor phone or device and you are pushing video selections through it. It has a cache and memory and all normal features of device so it loses its mind once in awhile and needs a reboot.
