I would say probably not, unless they have apps our you Google a way to sideload an app like Kodi which may allow you to install live tv, bit don't count on it.

If your local stations broadcast content on the internet, you would be able to get the content through this stick (and with some broadcasters, this may involve paying them so that you can get the content over the internet). Since the stick is actually running software to do this, there are a lot of options to install additional software to get the content that you want.
