No Comcast doesn' block the usage, but your signal and speed may not be adequate. Do a speed test on a mobile device in the room you have the firestick located, the speed should be resonable 25 GB or higher download and upload speed 12 gb or higher. I had to get a faster router to get enough speed....you can try to move the modem & firestick in the same room or closer to each other..Last but not least call Comcast to check your modem remotely to see if your getting the speed and signal you are paying for. Hope this helps...

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I reset mine to defaults and tried again. Do you have a amazon prime acct. I have att service and I had the same problem. I reset it too original manufacture and took off the prime acct. allowed me to log in. If you don't try resetting it , unplugging and try again
