A:AnswerNo Comcast doesn' block the usage, but your signal and speed may not be adequate. Do a speed test on a mobile device in the room you have the firestick located, the speed should be resonable 25 GB or higher download and upload speed 12 gb or higher. I had to get a faster router to get enough speed....you can try to move the modem & firestick in the same room or closer to each other..Last but not least call Comcast to check your modem remotely to see if your getting the speed and signal you are paying for.
