- Answer Roku is another product similar to the fire TV stick. They are two separate products from different companies that do a very similar thing (stream movies from online sources on your tv). Yes you would need to pay for that, but, only one or the other. If you buy this, you probably wont need a Roku and vise versa.

- Answer If your asking can you switch from the fire stick to your TV set you can. The fire stick is using a hdmi so you can use your remote provided with from your tv brand to switch back and forth without a problem. Hope this helps!
