• The Amazon Fire Stick is not capable of pulling in over the air television or cable television. Like a smartphone or a tablet it uses apps. If there is an app that has shows or movies that you'd like to watch, you'll need to download it to the Fire Stick first.

• We dropped cable and have the Amazon Firestick. We do a monthly subscription to Playstation Vue, which has HGTV (Live), ESPN, FOX etc...the monthly charge depends on how many channels you get. We cut our Cost of our "cable" bill over 50%!

• Yes, not all cable channels have streaming available through the Amazon Fire TV stick, but a lot do.
