It has a web browser in it but doesn't support ebooks through that. The only way you could view your etext is by downloading it on you computer somehow and transferring it over to the Kindle in .mobi or PDF format
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.FYI, rented textbooks are sometimes only accessible using the Kindle reading app. For my e-textbooks I used my Kindle Fire which will also read books to you, that are text-to-speech enabled, from within the app or using Alexa.
