Can you transfer your books from a kindle to an Ipad null

The best way to be able to access your Kindle books on your iPad would be to download the Amazon Kindle app to your iPad from the Apple AppStore and then use your same Amazon log in that you used for your Kindle Oasis to log in to the app. Your purchased books are stored in the cloud and will be available for download to your iPad.
