• You should be able to. One of the first screens when you first boot it up is language selection. Spanish should definitely be on there. It will make the whole kindle be in the language you choose, tho. You can't make just part of it go to another language. Good luck!

• Yes, you can change the language to Spanish by following these steps: Select Menu then Settings. Select Device Options then Language and Dictionaries. Select Language and select the language you prefer. Tap OK. When it restarts the menus will be in the language you selected.
