• Yes. Just login to your Kindle account via your computer when you purchase the book. The book will then be available for downloading onto your Kindle when it is logged into a wifi zone.

• Yes, you can! Plus, if you bought from Amazon, they will download automatically as soon as your connection is working. Hope this helps!

• I have not done this for books, but I do for my magazines all the time. It has to be the same.
