Because its screen is better for your eyes and you can easily read it in full dark and under the shining straight to the screen sun. After Kindle Paperwhite have never ever think to use tablet or computer screen to read books.

The fire tablet is a heavier, cheap android based tablet that’s difficult to read in sunlight and has a battery that will quit after only a few hours of reading. I tried using a fire tablet for a long time using the same line of thinking, but was never happy with it. For one thing, your app choices are severely limited on the fire tablet. If you’re insistent on using a tablet instead, choose either a Samsung tablet, iPad, or other name brand. But since getting my paperwhite, I’ve read WAY more than I ever did on a tablet.
