No, it doesn't. The best option is Bluetooth, but also there is an adapter from microUSB to 3.5 mm audiojack that has its own battery for around $20 at Amazon. Also last Kindle Paperwhite can read only Audible format that naturally are in Amazon bookstore, so I wouldn't hold my breath for that..
