• Notes and such are shared from the Kindle via email through Kindle’s own service (you get an email with a link to the downloadable PDF or text depending on the options chosen).

• You can email notes to yourself for free and you don't need a subscription like you do with the ReMarkable.

• Hi Jill, Thanks for reaching out about the Kindle scribe. You can email your notes to gmail as long as it is connected to Wi-Fi. You also have the option of converting to text in the process. I hope this helps, have a great day!
