It is made for reading books. Not like a tablet. You may want to consider a tablet instead. Do not buy the cheap $49 tablet. I find it not that great. It will be more worth it to invest more in one of the other fire tablets or a samsung tablet. I do find readong on the ereader is better on the eyes tho
