• yes. you can also i believe use a timer for the outlet using the alexa app if im not mistaken

• Hello TomB, yes you can do that. I named one of my plugs "Humidifier" and I will say "Alexa, turn on the humidifier for 1 hour." It works great. Hope that answers your question. Have a great day!
