“Will the Alexa button on the fire stick remote work the plug, or only the Alexa echo dot?”

• This device 8s controlled by the Alexa app. It can work just by the app or if you have Echo. The firestick remote doesn't control it.

• Hello, The 'Alexa' button on the remote is actually so you can speak to the remote and the TV will do what you ask through Alexa, i.e. turn on Netflix or turn on episode 3 season 2 of xxx series on Prime or whatever app you are watching. The remote is strictly for the TV. The Smart Plug, once plugged in, will be recognized in your ALEXA app under devices and you can control it through the app or yes, through any of our echo devices, including the dot.
