• The plug works by turning on and off the outlet in a sense. So yes, it can turn on and off the TV but I don’t think it can change the channels. If you have some sort of Amazon or Fire TV you might be able to change channels that way through the TV or your Alexa!

• No. Get a Fire TV or other Alexa or Google streaming device to connect to your TV. You can then control the TV with a remote or voice. As for channel changing, that would be dependent on the streaming software you use.
