Not really sure what that means, but I assume that you meant month to month service fee. If that is the case, then no. When you purchase the device, it comes with one year service.

The Amber tracking device prices posted on Best Buy's website include a one year software subscription which grants access to both the mobile app as well as the companion desktop web portal. At the one year anniversary of your purchase you would be required to renew the software subscription at a cost of US$95 for one year. The subscription may be renewed through the app using your credit card.
