    • Answer Yep it does come with the wraith spire cooler, and it's actually good for a stock cooler. I overclocked my 1600 to 3.8 GHz on all cores and have had no trouble keeping it cool.

    • Answer Yes, when you buy a processor and it comes with a stock cooler it will almost always have thermal paste pre applied.

    • Answer It all depends on what graphics card you’re using, I’ve seen this paired with gtx 1080s before so i don’t think it’s too much of a bottleneck.
