Yes, I have the exact same motherboard in one of my miners and it works fine. Just make sure to update to the latest BIOS from your motherboard mfg website before installing the new CPU.

Yes it should. But you will probably need to add a video card as the Ryzen 5 does not support video. Working well for me.
