Yes, if you update the BIOS before you install the 3700x. If I were you, I would download and save a copy of the current BIOS, too. The new version does not play well with older AMD processors. If you ever wanted to go back to an older processor or to sell the board, you would probably want to flash it to the older BIOS.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Assuming you mean an Asrock X370 killer sli am4 motherboard, the Ryzen 3700X cpu should work as long as the motherboard BIOS version is 5.40 or later. The power supply and video card should be fine on that system.
