“I'm having issues with my pc and i want to rule out my cpu being faulty so if I purchase this and try it out and it isn't cpu being faulty am I allowed to return this for a full refund?”

There are other ways to see if the cpu is faulty, before dropping the money into something I would hop on YouTube and see the alternatives to checking if it’s a cpu problem first cause if you can return the item i know there is a restocking fee of about 75 bucks or so just keep that in mind.
