The processor doesn't really care. If your motherboard has four RAM slots, the CPU will use them. See your motherboard manual for any limits such as speed or total amount - the motherboard manufacturer will usually have a QVL (qualified vendor list) with all the RAM vendors/kits they've tested.

Ram works best when it’s in conjunction with similar sticks. Ask one of the Computer technicians at Best Buy, they will know how to help you plan this out.
