You would need a dedicated GPU your current CPU according to specs has an integrated GPU in the CPU; Hence the G suffix at the end of ryzen 5 2400G. I would look into getting a Ryzen 5 3400G.

You can to HP's website and look up you motherboard HP 590-P0044 under "processor upgrade info" It will have a list of compatible Ryzen CPU's for your motherboard.
