“I am having issues with my new cpu ryzen 7 3700x. When I put the new cpu my pc just turns on but I get no monitor display or nothing just my pc turns on. But when I put the old cpu back ryzen 5 2600 the pc works fine again. Can you please help me?”

Either your motherboard doesn’t support your new processor and needs a bios update or your old processor has a built in GPU on the chip and your new one doesn’t....I don’t know if your have a graphics card or not, so try seeing if your motherboard supports the new processor before trying to contact AMD or tech support.
