Can I order just the cpu without the cpu cooler? null

The 3700x's box will have AMD's cooler by default. A CPU like 5600x will not have a cooler. If you look at it from an angle, the 3700x will give more value as it comes with the better upgraded cooler. In comparison, AMD includes a weaker version of its cooler with the 3600 and the X one.
