You will be fine. I have the same GPU, 750Watt and I am only pulling 350-400ish from the wall, including monitor, nvme m.2, 2 hdds, 5 case fans, and a Noctua fan for heatsink, while under load.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The AMD Ryzen 7 3700X has a 65W TDP, and with that fairly low amount of power, it's able to deliver quite a lot. The Geforce RTX 2070 super is 175w TDP. It just happens I just built x570 system with the AMD 3700x, and Asus Geforce 2070 Super. It is recommended to have at least 550w Power supplys. So you should be fine with 700w.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It draws only 65 watts under normal load. I'm running this with a 5700xt, 7 fans, 2 ssds, and a disc drive with a 650w power supply no problem. I would make sure yours is single rail though to ensure you're getting a true 700 watts.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That's more than enough.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.700W is more than enough to run this CPU and the 2070 super. Right now my machine draws 394W with this CPU and GPU, as well as 16GB of RAM, one SSD, and one HDD. So it also depends on your remaining components and how much energy they draw. I would recommend selecting your stuff in PCPartpicker to get a better gauge for the wattage of your machine.
