Hey mao4, I would suggest the Ryzen5 5600X 6-Core, 12-Threads with a good B550 motherboard. Better performance than the Ryzen7 3700X.

The 5700G has less L3 cache but the benchmarks on the net shows it more than makes up for it with the better IPC of the newer Zen architecture. The only caveats with it rather than the 3700X is it has PCIE version 3 rather than version 4 the 3700X has and, from what I could gather, it only supports 64GB of RAM vs the 128GB the 3700X can. I doubt you'd tell a significant (or any really) difference in usage but just wanted to throw that out there in case you need the full 128GB of RAM or the PCIE 4 speeds. I have both and cannot tell a difference and it is nice having integrated graphics if needed. If you motherboard cannot take a 5700G, you can see if the 3800X comes back in stock or even the 3900X if your budget permits. Just make sure you update the BIOS with the CPU you have before switching to the new one.
